About the role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our team at Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corp' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and project support to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives within our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to project managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting materials
  • Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation and records, including status reports and analytics
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and updates on project progress
  • Offering logistical support for project-related events, travel arrangements, and other requirements
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar project management assistant or administrative support role, ideally within the insurance industry
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile
