DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities and schedules.
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for project updates and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Help in resource allocation, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or construction-related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and other project monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of DPWH standards and local permitting processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required.
