The HR Operations Intern will support the Human Resources team in implementing and maintaining employee-related programs, processes, and documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions within a dynamic healthcare organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, both onsite and virtual.
  • Develop and publish weekly "Employee Spotlight" features to promote recognition and engagement.
  • Shadow and assist in HR operational processes such as SSS, BIR, HMO, and PhilHealth transactions.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain employee documents, records, and benefits files.
  • Participate in and help facilitate MaxiHealth's signature "Walk the Talk" sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Sociology, or any related field.
  • Able to render a minimum of 200 internship hours, working at least four times per week, for 8 hours per day.
  • Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup.

Please note that this position does not come with a company-provided laptop or allowance.
