As a Leasing Manager/Head at our real estate consultancy firm, you will play a key role in driving the company's leasing performance and managing end-to-end client transactions across office, warehouse, and commercial property portfolios. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in purchasing or leasing functions within logistics companies or office developers who are ready to transition into a strategic, consultancy-based, and client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute leasing and occupancy strategies for office, warehouse, and commercial lot projects, ensuring revenue growth for clients.
  • Engage directly with corporate clients, developers, and landlords to negotiate lease terms and secure strategic tenancy arrangements.
  • Conduct market studies, property assessments, and financial analyses to recommend viable office, warehouse, or commercial locations aligned with client requierements.
  • Handle the entire leasing process — from lead generation, property viewing, proposal and negotiation, to deal closing and after-sales client servicing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in logistics, property development, and corporate real estate sectors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic and data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Research, Marketing, and Brokerage to ensure alignment on client objectives and project deliverables.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and business forums, strengthening our network and market presence in the office, warehouse, and commercial property sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, purchasing, or corporate real estate management, ideally from logistics, developer, or corporate settings.
  • Proven exposure to office, warehouse, and commercial lot leasing transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
