Training Officer

The Training Officer play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and learning events. This position collaborates with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality learning experience. Training Officer is also responsible for managing logistics, maintaining and creating training modules, and providing administrative support to ensure the success of each training initiative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in creating annual and quarterly training plans aligned with organizational and departmental goals
- Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) in coordination with department heads
- Recommend training interventions, strategies, and improvements based on performance gaps and business requirements
- Assiss in budgeting and resource planning for training programs
- Plan, Schedule and oversee training sessions, workshops and leaning events
- Coordinate with internal/external trainers, facilitators, and department heads for smooth execution
- Maintain and update the master training calendar and ensure timely announcement
- Ensure all implementation KPIs (Attendance, engagement and evaluation scores) are achieved
- Oversee preparation of physical and virtual training setups, including venue, tools, and technical platforms
- Ensure all equipment and materials are ready and functional
- Troubleshoot issues before and during training
- Review, enhance and support development of training materials with trainers
- Maintain updated training modules, presentations, and documentation
- Assist in creating visual, digital and e-learning content
- Conduct periodic quality audits of training programs
- Implement continuous improvement practice in coordination with trainers
- Maintain training records, database and LMS Data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, implementation, or L&D roles.
- Experience in the advertising or media industry, or in leading and supervising training projects
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) is a plus
