Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders, product information, billing, returns, shipping, and account issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and replacements according to campaign guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed targets for quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service levels.
  • Stay updated on campaign products, promotions, and policies.
  • Support the retail peak season with flexibility in schedule as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, or call center experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including CRM tools and order management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak retail seasons.
