The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and responding to incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and coordinating with the sales team to ensure proper lead handling. The position involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries, supporting the preparation of quotations and documentation, and collaborating with various departments to deliver timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while providing excellent service and administrative support to the sales function.

Key Responsibilities


• Sales experience or customer service experience acceptable for this role, preferably in the real estate industry.


• Monitor and respond to all sales inquiry emails in a timely and courteous manner.


• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products


• Forward qualified leads to senior sales staff or management for further handling.


• Maintain detailed inquiry records and status updates in internal systems (CRM, Excel tracker, or Google Sheets).


• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing for quotation preparation, product availability, and promotional updates.


• Handle customer follow-ups and assist in scheduling calls or demos when applicable.


• Support basic administrative tasks related to sales documentation (quotation forms, order sheets, etc.).
