Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative provides front-line support to customers for inquiries related to transport scheduling, delivery status, and general service concerns. This role focuses on customer communication and basic coordination with drivers or dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide updates on delivery schedules, service availability, and basic transport information.
  • Assist customers with booking requests, tracking inquiries, and general questions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.

Transport & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate simple delivery arrangements between customers and drivers or dispatch personnel.
  • Monitor daily routes and ensure customers are informed of any schedule changes or delays.
  • Record pickup and delivery details and communicate them to the operations/transport team.
  • Follow up on pending deliveries or customer requests.

Issue Handling

  • Handle basic customer concerns such as delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect information.
  • Log customer complaints and escalate issues that require operations intervention.
  • Assist in resolving minor discrepancies by coordinating with drivers or support teams.

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and delivery updates.
  • Prepare simple reports on customer inquiries and resolved cases.
  • Assist in organizing transport documents such as delivery receipts or service orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,500.00 per month
