About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Alabang site. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time role based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
