JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews existing Policies, Procedures and Guidelines (PPG) to ensure applicable and compliance through process documentation and improvement action/s in coordination with process owners prior approval of Quality Management Representative (QMR).
  • Registers controlled documents for compliance with documentation policy and control process.
  • Monitors Non Conformity (NC) and suggests/recommends actions for possible NC resolution.
  • Regularly reviews and updates Roster of Risk and Opportunities.
  • Conducts cycle audits and monitors compliance with approved PPG for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course
  • With three (3) years work-related experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO Standard/s (ISO 9001 and ISO 22000)
  • Familiar with Documentation and Auditing Process
  • Internal Audit or ISO certifications are a plus
