WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process or system improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain ISO-aligned process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process flowcharts.
  • Implement effective data management and governance practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Support teams in utilizing data systems, generating reports, and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Conduct periodic quality assurance and process reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience as part of an ISO Committee
  • Two (2) years of experience in BA, PM, and exposure to QA is a plus.
  • Technology proficiency and knowledge in utilizing M365, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge in working within ISO standards (ISO 9001)
