Your contributions will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the technologies that help protect lives—advancing our shared goal of a safer world.

THE ROLE

• You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams, collaborating to understand customer needs and designing tailored solutions that address their challenges.
• This role requires a natural interest in working with the most recent trends in IT infrastructure as well as keen attention to detail.

MAIN TASKS

• Requirements Engineering & project consulting (with the support of the Technology Subject Matter Experts)
• Gathering and analyzing customer requirements, as well as providing technical solutions based on defined and approved IT standards
• Work with Procurement to maintain IT standards in projects.
• Support with obsolescence management of third party IT Hardware and Software components in Frequentis products and projects

• Creation and maintenance of:

• Solution Templates and IT blueprints (internal documents)

• IT standard catalogue & project hardware configuration
• Identify all security related vulnerabilities and their solutions for proposed third party software and tools

KNOW-HOW AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in IT solutions

• Enterprise hardware and software – e.g. servers & server operating systems

• Network and security equipment e.g. routers, switches and firewalls.
• Public cloud service providers e.g. Azure, AWS
• Technical writing is an advantage
• Requirements engineering is an advantage
• IT Tools: Excel, JIRA, JAMA are an advantage
