Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions within our live streaming company. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, source and attract qualified candidates, and support the overall growth and talent acquisition strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with a passion for the entertainment and tech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles in the live streaming industry, including technical, creative, and business functions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to candidate offer acceptance.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions and interview processes.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in promoting the company's employer brand, ensuring that it is effectively communicated across all recruitment channels.
- Work with marketing teams to create recruitment campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and vision.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity, etc.).
- Use data insights to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professionalism.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborative Team Player:
- Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure alignment in recruitment goals and processes.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to represent the company and build talent pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the entertainment, tech, or media industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for the live streaming, entertainment, and/or tech industry.
