Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions within our live streaming company. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, source and attract qualified candidates, and support the overall growth and talent acquisition strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with a passion for the entertainment and tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles in the live streaming industry, including technical, creative, and business functions.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to candidate offer acceptance.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions and interview processes.

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in promoting the company's employer brand, ensuring that it is effectively communicated across all recruitment channels.
  • Work with marketing teams to create recruitment campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and vision.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity, etc.).
  • Use data insights to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professionalism.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborative Team Player:

  • Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure alignment in recruitment goals and processes.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to represent the company and build talent pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the entertainment, tech, or media industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for the live streaming, entertainment, and/or tech industry.
