Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic proposals, supporting pricing models, and managing client relationships. Strong skills in project proposal writing, pricing analysis, and Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within aviation (airlines, MRO, airports, cargo, etc.)
  • Prepare high-quality business proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses tailored to aviation clients
  • Support the development of pricing strategies by analyzing costs, competitor pricing, and customer demand
  • Maintain and update pricing databases and models using Microsoft Excel
  • Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including airline partners, airport authorities, and OEMs
  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations for project execution
  • Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management
  • Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and regulations in the aviation industry

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in aviation industry
  • Strong experience in project proposal writing, especially for aviation clients or government tenders
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and financial modeling techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
