Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's installation services for water refilling stations, laundry shops, and ice maker businesses. This role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to grow the company's client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell installation services for water refilling stations, laundry shops, and ice maker businesses.
  • Identify potential clients, such as entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors, and convert them into customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract inquiries and boost brand awareness
  • Manage social media accounts, digital ads, and other platforms to generate leads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the water, laundry and ice industries.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure client requirements are properly delivered.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales support when needed.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Represent the business networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in installation services, equipment sales, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and bale to work independently.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and fieldwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
