Job Summary: As an Operations Associate at SmartBite, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. From managing SKU uploads and vendor payments to coordinating deliveries and responding to inquiries, you'll be at the heart of our food tech ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Upload confirmed SKUs daily (average of 4 per day) to keep our platform up-to-date.
  • Track and collect vendor payment details (about 2 vendors per week) to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Upload dummy feedback (average of 4 per day) to enhance our customer engagement strategies.
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries from the website (about 1 per month).
  • Forecast and monitor spot cash payments for better financial planning.
  • Stay connected Regularly check and respond to emails, Asana, Viber, and WhatsApp.
  • Take charge of booking and monitoring deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and vendors.
  • Assist in securing gate passes for onsite services to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure SKUs are properly created, maintained, and optimized for accuracy.
