JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle sample requests and documentation.
  • Office Management: Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, receiving and issuance.
  • Coordinate and monitor all transmittal of documents to the Accounting and other department.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Department with regards to requisition of Fixed Assets, Supplies and other warehouse and logistics requirements.
  • Assisting warehouse team with other tasks as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course.
  • Proven experience in office administration and warehouse coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, MS Word and Excel management software or systems.
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns and discrepancies in inventory data.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and collaborating with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

WAREHOUSE (FINAL INTERVIEW AND DEPLOYMENT: 29 Sacred Heart, Canumay West, Valenzuela City
