Job Description

Responsible for growing the GI Commercial Business Lines. Set goals for the assigned channel and conduct monthly forecasting reports to see how well the channel is doing in achieving the targets.

  • In-charge of GI New Business: Brokers; Reinsurance, Agency or Direct

-   Manage operations and productivity of the assigned task;

-   Closely monitors market developments to identify opportunities and threats and device courses of action

-   Manage and develop relationship with all channels;

-   Expand RI partners;

-   Achieve target budgets (Sales and Receivables Management)

-   Minimize risk of financial loss

-   Manage insurance data for reports.

-   Handle Direct Accounts and Ayala Land Inc/MDC Accounts;

-   Monitor Booking and Collection of Commercial Sales Team (Inward RI, Broker & Direct);

-   Develop Broker Channel

  • Expand new Broker partners;
  • Focus on IAR, CARI, Marine Cargo, Fleet Motorcar
  • Develop GPA and Travel Insurance from Brokers' EB Team;
  • Establish more efficient process workflow
  • Strengthen Broker Relations

Qualifications

-   Considerable experience in Non-Life Commercial Lines Sales;

-   Experience handling Property, IAR, CARI, Fleet Motorcar & Marine Cargo;

-   Strong Broker, Agency Relation

-   Leadership skills
