Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of agents handling local accounts.
  • Monitor team performance (KPIs, quality, attendance, productivity).
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and mentoring to team members.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or client issues professionally.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports for management.
  • Motivate the team to meet targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications

  • With collections experience – leadership ability is the priority.
  • At least 1 year of Team Lead, Supervisor experience in any local BPO or local account is an advantage.
  • Experience managing teams of 8-15 agents is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in motivating and managing different personalities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office / reporting tools.
  • Open to working on-site and flexible schedules.
