Bebang Halo-Halo, a fast-growing food brand in Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our expanding team.

As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our financial health, working closely with our CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Supervise and collaborate with our outsourced accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term plans to support business growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company can meet its obligations and seize new opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and manage financial risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review by senior management.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls and financial procedures to ensure transparency and integrity across all financial activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in multi-location retail or food services.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and financial compliance.
  • Experience managing outsourced accounting services is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
