Position Overview

The Finance, Accounting, and Sales Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining sound accounting practices, and supporting sales operations through efficient administrative processes.

This role combines strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and requires collaboration across departments to support business performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is an advantage but not required.

Professional Experience

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.

· Experience in the automotive or premium consumer goods industry is a strong plus.

· Background in both financial management and sales operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance and Accounting

· Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

· Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required.

· Monitor company cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

· Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

· Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

· Participate in internal controls development and process improvement initiatives.

2. Sales Administration

· Manage sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, sales contracts, and delivery receipts.

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

· Track sales transactions and support reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and inventory movements.

· Support vehicle registration, documentation, and release coordination in partnership with relevant government agencies.

· Maintain and update customer and dealer records in the company database.

3. Coordination and Process Management

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment between financial reporting and sales activities.

· Ensure efficient management of administrative requirements for the sales team, such as quotations, payment schedules, and after-sales service documentation.

· Monitor compliance with company policies regarding financial controls and sales administrative procedures.

· Contribute to process enhancement projects to improve accuracy and efficiency in finance and administration workflows.
