The Finance Analyst for Managerial Reporting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational reports to support management decision-making. The role ensures accuracy of financial data, provides insights on business performance, and assists in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts.
  • Support management in preparing financial models, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data submitted to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather financial and operational data for reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
