Our
Technology Department is at the heart of innovation and excellence and we are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our products and services. This role involves processing requests for laptops, peripherals, and software, managing hardware disposal, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

1. Procurement Operations

• Approve and process requests for: laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals, software licenses and SaaS subscriptions, support renewals for hardware such as servers, switches, and networking equipment
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Receipt confirmed delivery of goods and services against POs in D365
• Ensure all procurement actions follow internal process flows and approval structures
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including order confirmations, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Monitor and manage procurement workflows using

2. Hardware Disposal & Compliance

• Coordinate secure and compliant disposal of end-of-life laptops and IT equipment
• Retain and manage disposal certificates in line with company policies and audit requirements
• Ensure disposal processes meet data security and environmental standards

3. Renewals & Support Tracking

• Track and manage renewal schedules for software licenses, warranties, and hardware support contracts
• Ensure timely renewals to avoid service interruptions or loss of coverage
• Maintain a centralised inventory of renewal dates and associated documentation

4. Process Improvement

• Follow structured procurement processes while continuously identifying areas for efficiency and improvement
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to streamline purchasing and asset lifecycle processes
• Contribute to procurement process documentation and SOPs

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or IT asset management role
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for PR (Purchase Requisition)/PO (Purchase Order) creation and receipt of goods
• High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with software licensing and hardware lifecycle management
• Proficient in or similar task/project tracking tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel and productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office)
• Understanding of data protection and hardware disposal regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) is a nice to have
• Familiarity with asset management tools and renewal tracking systems is a nice to have
• Exposure to internal audits and compliance processes is a nice to have
