We are a venture-backed, remote-first ed-tech startup on a mission to make learning fun for every child in the world. We are looking for a curriculum designer to design and architect our Math/Science curriculum and classroom experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design the Roadmap: Plan the scope and lessons for Primary 1-6 Math/Science, ensuring we achieve all key learning objectives in a logical flow.
  • Create Lesson "Blueprints": Instead of writing every single slide yourself, you will create detailed lesson briefs and templates that guide the content developers.
  • Quality Control: You are the final gatekeeper of quality. You will review lesson materials to ensure they are error-free, pedagogically sound, and highly engaging.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Look at student homework scores, student feedback, parent feedback and teacher feedback to spot weak points in the curriculum (e.g., "Students are failing fractions—why?"). You will then propose and implement fixes.
  • Solve Pedagogical Problems: Figure out the best way to teach complex concepts online. How do we make "Ratio" fun? How do we scaffold "Advanced Word Problem Heuristics" for a struggling P4 student?

Who You Are

  • Math/Science Expert: You have mastery of Primary 1–Primary 6 Math/Science. (Formal license not required, but deep subject mastery is)
  • Evidence-Based: You are comfortable opening spreadsheets to see which topics are causing students to drop out or struggle.
  • Student-Obsessed: You care about student engagement. You are constantly asking: "Did they understand this? Was the scaffold strong enough? What does the data say?"
