
Account Executive

Job objectives: To secure maximum peso sales of the company's products in the market in accordance with the established sales policies and sales programs, within the limits of sales budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Make regular calls.
- Sell the line; demonstrate
- Handle questions and objections.
- Check stock; discover possible product uses.
- Interpret sales points of the line to the customer.
- Estimate customer's potential needs.
- Emphasize quality.
- Explain company policy on price, delivery and credit.
- Get the order.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Entry-level roles in sales or customer service, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
- Ability to present products and services effectively and persuasively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
