What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing their expectations
  • Collaborating closely with the creative and strategic teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve client objectives
  • Monitoring campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients, and suggesting optimisations to improve results
  • Participating in new business pitches and presentations, leveraging your expertise to win over prospective clients
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services and cross-selling to expand the agency's relationship with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the agency by sharing ideas and participating in team initiatives
  • WITH BACKGROUND IN OOH- ADVERTISING IS A MUST

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within the advertising, OOH, Billboards, marketing, or communications industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and an understanding of how to leverage them to achieve client goals
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to campaign optimisation and reporting
  • Passion for the advertising and marketing industry, with a keen interest in emerging trends and best practices
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
