Account Executive

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist with the preparation of credentials decks, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and schedule intro meetings with the appropriate team members.
  • Send completed quotes and pitch decks to clients, with the potential to be trained in basic quote generation.
  • Maintain accuracy of lead tracking across relevant systems.

Account Management

  • Keep clients updated on project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support client communications during the bidding process.
  • Prepare and send Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Follow up with clients for signatures and approvals.
  • Organise feedback sessions, retrospectives, and collect Google reviews.
  • Assist with gathering client feedback and coordinating thank-you gifts.

Production Support (Confirmed Jobs)

  • Initiate Master Project documentation for internal handover.
  • Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders for subcontractors and locations.
  • Draft and send talent and location agreements.
  • Support location research, permitting, and compliance requirements (e.g. Working With Children permits).
  • Track budgets, record expenses, and prepare reconciliations.
  • Organise and archive client folders for completed projects.
  • Assist with final deliverables and support invoicing/follow-up.

Secondary Responsibilities (as capacity allows)

Marketing Support

  • Assist with preparing social media posts, award entries, and thought leadership content to showcase client work.
  • Collect marketing assets and testimonials for campaigns.

Business Development Support

  • Contribute to case studies and support marketing initiatives that highlight the agency's capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable liaising with clients, creatives, and production partners.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Engagement Type: AEST, 5 day per week, 45 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
