The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and support the company's business objectives. This role oversees the marketing team and coordinates with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and increase market share.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, branding, and promotional activities (online and offline).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the company's digital marketing presence, including social media, website, and online ads.
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team in executing campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production teams for product launches and marketing materials.
  • Monitor marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and brand impact.
  • Represent the company in marketing events, trade shows, and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Officer
  • External Agencies or Freelancers (as needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
