About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Associate to support our compliance and risk management activities. The Compliance Associate will work closely with the Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that the organization adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, proactive, and eager to build a career in compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
  • Maintain compliance records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Help deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Open for Fresh Graduate
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and compliance management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php21,000.00 per month
