This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM MST
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Do you have outbound sales experience and a good understanding of HIPAA compliance? Our client is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Support Specialist with 3–4+ years of experience, ideally in the US market. Strong English communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently are must-haves. Healthcare or insurance knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound retention calls with current clients during enrollment seasons

  • Perform wellness checks to assess client satisfaction and identify needs

  • Schedule appointments between clients and insurance agents when further consultation is required

  • Make outbound calls to prospect lists for appointment-setting purposes

  • Promote benefit review meetings to potential clients during enrollment periods

  • Follow provided scripts and communication protocols

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales or customer service calling

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements

  • Strong English communication skills

  • 3–4+ years of sales experience (US market experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and phone-based sales tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Healthcare or insurance industry background (preferred)
