QA TEAM LEADER

The QA Team Leader manages the quality assurance process, including planning tests, creating test cases, tracking defects, and reporting. They lead the testing team, ensuring tests are done efficiently and meet quality standards. They also create test plans, assign tasks, review results, find issues, and work with development teams to fix problems.

Qualifications:

  • Any 4-year degree program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in warehouse management, inventory control, and operational procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent comprehension and ability to interpret circumstantial, situational, and verbal instructions.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of checkers effectively.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships and camaraderie within the team at all times.
