As a Team Leader, you'll lead a team of agents assigned to specific accounts, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence. You'll monitor daily KPIs, provide regular coaching, and serve as the bridge between your team and account leadership.

This role requires a hands-on approach to service delivery, team management, and client communication.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a BPO or call center environment.
  • At least a high school graduate; college course work or degree is a plus.
  • Strong background in people management, performance tracking, and client coordination
  • Comfortable working in an on-site setup based in Cebu City.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Experience working with start-up accounts is a plus.
