Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
  • Support recruitment-related administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work on a project-based engagement (5 months).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Experience in high-volume or niche hiring is an advantage.
