Candidate Experience Specialist – Onboarding & Reports (Manila-Based - Remote)
 

Join Hudson Talent Solutions high-performing Talent Acquisition team as a Candidate Experience Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with office projects and key activities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience is at the center of everything we do. Our creative team is continually seeking innovative ways to add value beyond the recruitment process through key projects and initiatives across our regions.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboarding Facilitation:
    Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new joiners, including scheduling training sessions and updating onboarding templates.
  • Centralized Tracking:
    Maintain and update a central spreadsheet of new starters and verify completion of necessary documentation.
  • Candidate Monitoring:
    Oversee candidate background checks and address contracting issues.
  • Communication:
    Provide updates on upcoming starters to recruiters and act as an escalation point for key stakeholders in HR operations.
  • Knowledge Resource:
    Serve as a source of expertise for the recruitment team and the business.
  • Training:
    Deliver induction training and updates on process changes.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Identify issues and develop resolution pathways for recurring problems, especially during high-volume intakes or operational changes.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Extract and analyze ATS and Qualtrics data for monthly governance reports and VOC dashboards.
  • Process monthly regional invoicing, including verifying source of hire and coordinating with recruiters. (WorkDay - Time To Fill, Open Req and Cancelled Req Reports), completing the Invoice template, verifying source of hire and confirming source (and cancelled requisitions billing) with recruiters, before sending to regional leads/global account lead.
  • Update performance trackers and conduct monthly audits of compliance processes.
  • Prepare quarterly data analysis for Global Quarterly Business Reviews.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in process improvement and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of driving change.
  • Some background in recruitment, HR, or onboarding, ideally as a coordinator, with a desire to advance your career.
  • A passion for operations, process improvement, and project management.
