As a
Collections Team Leader,
you will manage, coach, and support a

high-performing offshore collections team while actively contributing to daily collection activities. You will oversee compliance, KPIs, workloads, and reporting-ensuring performance excellence aligned with Australian financial and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive accountability, process improvement, and a culture centered on ethical collections.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (AU Hours, semi-flexible; may change after 3 months or depending on business needs)

Salary: PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000

Start date: February 2, 2026

Work setup: Onsite - Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least
  5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
  , ideally handling aged debt or mercantile portfolios
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing collections teams
• Strong understanding of
  Australian debt collection laws
  ,
  privacy principles
  , and
  compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• High systems proficiency with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to balance operational targets with team leadership and performance management responsibilities

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead by example through direct involvement in daily collection activities, including managing allocated accounts when required
• Oversee and manage team queues, workloads, and bucket assignments to meet performance and service targets
• Monitor and drive achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance discussions with team members
• Review and quality-check calls and account notes to ensure compliance with all Australian regulatory obligations
• Prepare and present performance and activity reports and insights to the onshore Strategic Collections Manager
• Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of new and existing team members
• Collaborate with the onshore Strategic Collections Manager to implement process improvements, automation, and continuous enhancement of team effectiveness
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct within the offshore team
