Now, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant / Creative Marketing Associate who's ready to bring both structure and spark to our marketing efforts. You'll help keep things moving behind the scenes, while also contributing ideas and content that reach thousands of real customers.

This isn't an ordinary assistant job. You'll get hands-on exposure to content creation, e-commerce, and brand marketing. You'll work directly with the founder, not buried in a corporate cubicle. If you perform, you'll quickly grow into strategy, leadership, and bigger opportunities as Sodarizer expands nationwide

What You'll Do

Marketing Admin & Coordination

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify
  • Upload blog posts, email content, and schedule weekly updates
  • Use tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, and Notion to track tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate with influencers and assist in managing collabs and deliverables
  • Keep digital files, assets, and calendars organized and up to date

Creative & Content Support

  • Join planning sessions and help organize weekly content creation
  • Support shoots by sourcing props, prepping materials, and assisting on-site
  • Help create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more
  • Assist with captions, visual layouts, and brand storytelling
  • Open to appearing in some video content (bonus, not required)

What We're Looking For

You don't need a marketing degree — just great organizational skills, the right attitude and strong follow-through.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Have experience with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Clickup or Notion
  • Have a good eye for layout, content, and brand voice
  • Communicate clearly and take initiative — you don't wait to be told twice
  • Can learn tools like Canva, Shopify, CapCut, or already use them
  • Bonus: You're confident in front of the camera or enjoy content creation
