JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures that all areas pertaining to acquisition of new talents for the organization is covered.
- Achieves staffing objectives of the organization by establishing a wide range of networks of career professionals and utilization of jobposting platforms.
- Spearheads end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- With at least three years of relevant work experience in the recruitment facet handling end-to-end processes.
- Preferably having talent coordination experience with manpower service providers.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
