Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing BPO team. The role is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that we attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with our business needs. You will play a critical role in building a strong candidate pipeline, maintaining excellent candidate experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the BPO industry (frontline, support, leadership).
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through different recruitment channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to support high-volume and niche hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Support initiatives to improve recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in BPO recruitment (high-volume hiring, frontline and support roles).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate competencies effectively.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS preferred.
