Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, and/or any marketing related courses
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible in sourcing of quality candidates for vacant positions across all levels within the organization using different sourcing channels and mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
