About the Role

RH-Studio is looking for a HR-Talent Acquisition Associate to help us grow our creative team. This role is all about sourcing candidates, managing applications, and scheduling interviews while ensuring a smooth experience for applicants. If you're organized, resourceful, and enjoy connecting with people, this role might be perfect for you.

Shift Schedule

  • Mid-shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
  • Onsite only (no WFH)

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and post job ads across various platforms.
  • Source and screen candidate applications to build strong pipelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with applicants to keep them updated on their application status.
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment requirements for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Support other HR/admin tasks related to hiring.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to assess resumes and match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Professional, approachable, and candidate-focused.
  • Willingness to work mid-shift (3 PM – 12 AM) onsite in Mandaue.
  • Fresh graduates with HR, psychology, or business backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing.
  • Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, or ATS platforms.
  • Interest in the creative, media, production, and podcast
