We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales strategy of our luxury events venue located in Pasay City, near Okada Manila. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven experience in event and conference bookings, lead generation, and high-value client acquisition. This role requires someone who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and position our venue as a top-tier destination for high-end events, corporate functions, and private gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings for events, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and sales calls with prospective clients and agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of high-value clients, event organizers, corporate accounts, and agencies.

Marketing:

  • Work with internal or outsourced marketing teams to develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Manage promotional strategies for key seasons and events.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, industry expos, and trade shows.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure seamless communication with clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with accurate tracking of leads, bookings, and revenue.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proven track record in event space or conference bookings, preferably within luxury or high-end venues.
  • Strong network within the corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and event planning industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time Monday to Friday, flexible hours depending on client meetings and events.
