Qualifications:

  • Degree holder of any Business related course or an equivalent of 3-5years experience holding the same position.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer service oriented person.
  • Proven successful track record of sale achievement and effectve sales programs and promotions.
  • Superb leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Micrsoft office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

  1. Research consumers needs and indentify potential business opportunity based on market trends and demands.
  2. Create and execute startegic sales plan and expands customer base.
  3. Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationship.
  4. Achieve company objectives through planning,setting goals, analyzing performance data and making sales forecast.
  5. Asses current team process and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and monitor and tract its development.
  6. Foster competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  7. Coach, mentor and provide feedback to Sales team to improve performance.
  8. Design and implement scalable sales strategy.
