We are looking for a hands-on SAP Accounting Lead / Specialist to oversee and continuously improve our SAP Business One (SAP B1) accounting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth ERP operations across multiple branches.

You'll work closely with both Finance and Operations teams, supporting our Head Office and branches in Cebu, Davao, and Clark — including occasional travel for system review, training, and process alignment.

  • Manage and monitor accounting processes and transactions within SAP B1.
  • Review and strengthen internal controls, system authorizations, and approval flows.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in postings, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  • Generate and enhance financial reports and dashboards for management.
  • Provide on-site support and training to branch teams (Cebu, Davao, Clark).
  • Recommend and implement practical system and process improvements.
