Job Summary

The Accounts Payable (AP) manages and processes the company's outgoing payments. This includes reviewing and verifying invoices, getting the right approvals, entering data into accounting systems, and scheduling payments to vendors and service providers on time. The AP also helps keep accurate financial records, supports month-end closing processes, and resolves any issues with invoices or vendor accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (SAP) is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
