Appointment Setter – On-Site (Pasig)

Position Title: Appointment Setter

Location: On-Site – Pasig City

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Sales

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Appointment Setter to join our on-site team in Pasig City. In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our products or services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. You'll play a key role in helping us grow and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule appointments
  • Explain our products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Qualify leads based on provided criteria
  • Input and manage lead data accurately in our CRM
  • Send appointment confirmations and conduct follow-ups when needed
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead hand-off
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City
  • High school graduate required (college-level is a plus)
