What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications (emails, phone calls).
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Support expense reporting and basic bookkeeping.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Provide professional and timely support to internal teams and visiting staff.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting US-based clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs & Sheets).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
