Position Overview
The
MSP Meeting Setter (Onsite)
will be responsible for reaching out to C-level executives in targeted geographic regions and industries, with the goal of securing in-person meetings with our IT Sales Executives. This is not a high-volume telemarketing role, it requires thoughtful engagement, professional communication, persistence, and strong follow-up skills.
You will use HubSpot CRM to manage outreach, track interactions, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Success in this position will depend on your ability to listen carefully, understand executive priorities, and craft personalized, strong professional follow-ups and documentation skills that open the door for meaningful discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and contacts will be coming from clients.
- Make initial contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn (or other approved channels).
- Follow up consistently and professionally to nurture interest and secure meetings.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
- Schedule in-person meetings (preferred) or virtual sessions between executives and our IT Sales team.
- Use HubSpot CRM to document all communications, update records, and track progress against goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to refine messaging, strategy, and follow-up approach.
- Maintain a professional and persistent presence while respecting executive time.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings scheduled.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales support, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT, SaaS, or MSP industries).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives confidently.
- Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailor follow-up.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up and documentation.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) preferred.
- Comfortable with professional outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Resilient and persistent—able to manage multiple follow-ups without losing professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
