Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our corporate client base. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in non-life insurance or financial services, excellent sales acumen, and an established network of corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients and industry contacts
  • Understand clients' insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings

Sales Management

  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in non-life insurance, with at least 3 years in B2B sales
