We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our corporate client base. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in non-life insurance or financial services, excellent sales acumen, and an established network of corporate decision-makers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients and industry contacts
- Understand clients' insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings
Sales Management
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in non-life insurance, with at least 3 years in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Passionate about sales and client relationship management
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of corporate insurance needs
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Possesses an extensive network of corporate clients and industry contacts
