The Employee's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support and assistance to IT related queries
- Work directly with operational personnel, understand requirements, and propose process improvements as applicable
- Proactive management and maintenance of network
- Provide basic user training for new joiners and existing employees
- Preparation of IT equipment for deployment to end-users
- Monitoring of IT equipment
- Responsible for network and system administration
- Primary contact for IT vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS IT or equivalent course
- Atleast 2 years IT experience with updated Windows and Windows Server 2012
- Microsoft-certified has an advantage
- In-depth understanding of various hardware components that form the network such as desktops, laptops, switches, UPS, routers, and cabling
- Advanced knowledge and experience with:
- Active Directory and File Server support
- Security Solution awareness
- Desktop and laptop support
- Network, printers, MFP , PaBX, etc
- Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012
- Microsoft Office Suite 2013 and Microsoft 365
- Highly skilled with Microsoft applications (advanced Excel skills preferred)
- Pro-active, detailed, and results oriented
- Effective organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Can communicate well, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
