Our products include Learning Management Systems (LMS), School Management Systems (SMS), robotics courseware, and digital textbooks — all designed to make education smarter and more connected.

We're expanding our IT department and looking for a customer-focused problem solver who can assist our clients and partner schools in using our systems effectively.

Position Overview

As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' technical inquiries. You will handle support tickets, provide troubleshooting assistance, guide users through system features, and coordinate with our IT development team to ensure smooth resolution of issues.

This position blends technical expertise with excellent communication and service skills — perfect for someone passionate about tech and helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous technical support to clients via email, chat, or call
  • Diagnose and resolve system or account issues in our LMS, SMS, and other digital platforms
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and training them to use CK systems effectively
  • Document common issues and solutions for internal knowledge base
  • Coordinate with IT developers for escalated issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring professional and empathetic communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of web systems, databases, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support (preferred)
  • Patience, problem-solving attitude, and ability to explain tech concepts clearly
